2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Our service uses AI to generate transcriptions and translations. AI makes mistakes.
- • You accept that translations may be inaccurate or misleading.
- • Do not rely on this service for medical, legal, or safety-critical situations.
- • We are not liable for any damages caused by translation errors.
3. Your Data & Privacy
You own your content.
We don't claim ownership of the videos or text you process.

You grant us a limited right to process and store your content only to provide the service to you.
Feedback:
If you give us suggestions or feedback, we are free to use them to improve the app without owing you compensation.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't be the person who ruins it for everyone. You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes or hate speech.
- Reverse engineer or attack our servers.
- Process content you don't have the rights to (e.g., copyrighted movies).
We may ban your account immediately if you violate these rules.
5. Payments & Refunds
- • Subscriptions are billed in advance.
- • You can cancel anytime; you will keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
- • Because this is a Beta, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or service interruptions, unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHABERU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of the service.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
